Smart Links Enterprises ensures the quality and satisfaction of the end consumer, however, exchange, return and warranty policies are available for the consumers. Smart Links Enterprises offers seven days exchange warranty, starting from the date of delivery. This seven-day policy is applied on exchange and refund however, terms and conditions are applied. Return and Refund Policy
1. For exchange or refund, the consumer is required to bring original sales invoice.
2. The product with a manufacturing fault reported to be dead or nonfunctioning on arrival or not useable as per the manual will be tested by the manufactures authority service center technician and will be subjected to 7 days return policy.
3. All items will be subjected to the exchange and refund policy only after the item has been inspected and reported by the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
4. In case of minor soiling, tempered seal but the product is not defective and has no visible scratches, the company will charge 30% for the re-stocking fee during the refund and exchange.
5. In case of damage, scratches, incomplete packing or a missing part, the product will not be refunded or exchanged.
6. For a product to be returned, exchanged or refunded, the customer must have everything including the original packaging, accessories, manuals, registration card, promotional voucher or bundle items.
7. In case of return or exchange of any gadget with data or information, the company will not be responsible for any kind of data neither will accept responsibility for transferring the data to the new or exchanged gadget after the product has been returned.
8. Installation charges, delivery charges and services charges are completely nonrefundable.
9. Products that has been ordered especially for the client or any wire cable that has been adjusted or cut is not refundable.
10.Store management will abide by the above rule; the decision of the store management will be considered full and final and must be accepted by the customer.
WARRANTY
While claiming the warranty, bring the original invoice and warranty card along Warranty is only applicable within the country with no exception unless mentioned in written form
Any product with physical damage, used, broken or with evidence of any harm will not be subjected to warranty
In case the product has been opened, the seal is broken or has any evidence of tampering by any unauthorized person, the product will not be covered under the warranty.
Any warranty offered by the manufacturer on the electronic products sold on the site under the company invoice will be provided by the respective agents and the warranty will be taken care of by the company
