EZVIZ T2C – Smart Monitoring for Doors and Windows

ZigBee 3.0 Connectivity

The EZVIZ T2C uses the energy-efficient ZigBee 3.0 protocol to communicate with its compatible EZVIZ Home Gateway.

EZVIZ specifies a communication distance of less than 200 metres in an open environment. Actual indoor range can vary depending on walls, building materials, interference and gateway placement.

The sensor is not designed as a standalone WiFi device, so a compatible gateway is necessary for its connected smart functions.

Up to 2 Years of Battery Life

The T2C uses two CR1632 coin-cell batteries and is designed for energy-efficient everyday monitoring.

According to EZVIZ’s laboratory testing, battery life can reach up to two years, based on approximately 30 opening or closing detections per day.

Actual battery performance may vary depending on activity frequency, signal conditions and environmental factors. A low-battery reminder helps users know when replacement is needed.
