EZVIZ T10C – Smart Water Leak Detection for Your Home

Unexpected water leaks can cause serious damage when they remain unnoticed. The EZVIZ T10C provides a simple way to monitor areas that may be vulnerable to leaking pipes, appliances or plumbing fixtures. Its compact design allows it to sit discreetly near sinks, washing machines, toilets, pipes and other areas where unwanted water may appear.

When paired with a compatible EZVIZ Home Gateway, the T10C can send alerts through the EZVIZ App and trigger an audible warning through the connected gateway.

Detects Water from 0.5mm

The EZVIZ T10C Water Leak Sensor is designed to detect water when the level reaches 0.5mm or higher.

This allows the sensor to identify both smaller leaks and more significant water accumulation. Early detection gives users an opportunity to investigate the problem before the water spreads further and potentially damages floors, furniture or other belongings.

Instant Alerts Through EZVIZ App

You do not need to be standing next to the sensor to know when a leak is detected.

When connected through the required EZVIZ Home Gateway, the T10C can send an instant notification through the EZVIZ App to a compatible smartphone.

If the water remains above the detection threshold, alerts can continue until the situation is resolved.

Audible Gateway Alarm

The T10C works together with the connected EZVIZ Home Gateway to provide an audible warning.

When water is detected, the gateway can activate its siren in addition to sending a mobile notification. This combination of smartphone and audible alerts helps notify both users who are at home and those who may be away.

Important: The Home Gateway is required and is sold separately unless included as part of a sensor kit.

IP67 Waterproof Design

Since the sensor is designed to operate around water, durability is especially important.

The EZVIZ T10C features an IP67-rated enclosure, making it suitable for placement in damp or water-prone indoor environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and basements.

Its compact housing is designed to handle the conditions associated with its intended water-detection role.

Simple Place-Anywhere Design

Installation does not require complicated wall mounting.

Simply place the T10C on a flat surface near an area where water leakage could occur. Its small circular design measures approximately 49mm in diameter and only 11.5mm in height, allowing it to fit into spaces that may be difficult to monitor visually.

This makes it useful underneath or near household appliances and plumbing fixtures.

ZigBee 3.0 Connectivity

The EZVIZ T10C communicates using the ZigBee 3.0 protocol on the 2.4GHz frequency.

It must be connected to a compatible EZVIZ Home Gateway for stable operation of smart functions such as mobile notifications and gateway alarms.

EZVIZ specifies a communication distance of less than 200 metres when tested in an open environment. Actual indoor range can vary depending on walls, interference and installation conditions.

Up to One Year of Battery Life

The T10C is designed for energy-efficient operation and uses a replaceable CR2032 coin-cell battery.

With energy-saving operation enabled, EZVIZ rates the battery for up to one year, based on two water-leak detections per day under its test conditions.

A low-battery reminder helps users know when the battery should be replaced.

Smart Integration with EZVIZ Cameras

The T10C can also work with selected compatible EZVIZ cameras through the connected gateway.

When a leak is detected, a compatible linked Pan & Tilt camera can respond according to supported automation settings, helping users visually check what is happening in the monitored area.

Camera compatibility varies by model and firmware, so compatibility should be confirmed before setup.
